Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The Paper Gamer refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the date you received your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. they must also be in the original packaging.*

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any product damaged or missing parts, caused by the buyer.
  • Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any return sent without prior contact.

Exchanges

In the extremely unlikely event you are unhappy with a product that you receive, and also simultaneously wish for a different product to be sent to you in exchange… Please contact me and I will organise this, along with any partial refund/charge required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received the returned product. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable timescale determined by your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

Please liaise with your original payment method issuer to confirm that the payment has not been refunded or is processing. Then contact me directly at contact@papergamer.co.uk and I will be happy to assist you.

Postage of returns

To return your product, please contact me, and I’ll detail a return address that’s convenient to me.

In these cases you will not be responsible for paying for the return postage:

  • Damage in transit, where the product becomes a significant grade lower, at my discretion upon scrutiny of photographic evidence. *Repackaging may be required.
  • Product is lost in transit.
  • Product is significantly different to photographs or description, upon query.

In all other cases you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/postage costs incurred when returning the product(s). Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary, this will likely be similar to how long it took for the product to reach you initially.

If you are returning more expensive products, you may consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned product.
