1993, The shrink wrap covering the module is original, whether from the retailer or TSR. There is some small holes, one about a third of the way along the bottom, the bottom right corner is slightly split. Middle of head-edge and an air hole to the rear. (all of these holes being very small, insubstantial. Some slight pulling to the rear also. Otherwise pristine!
